At this time our age limit is 15; however 15-17 year old’s need to be accompanied by a parent.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour/rental is scheduled to begin. This gives us time to prepare and have you sign our Limitation of Liability Statement. Tours will leave PROMPTLY!

We also offer three wheel trikes with a basket on the back.

For Bike Tours: Yes, except for alcohol*; however we will be stopping at two places: Juergens Authentic German Bakery & Restaurant, and also a stop at the historical family owned, Columbus landmark, Schmidts Sausage & Fudge Haus, in which you will have a chance to get snacks and beverages.

For Bike Rentals: Yes, except for alcohol*

* No alcohol is allowed to be consumed while on the tour or while renting a bike and we reserve the right to turn a guest away if inebriation is evident.

In case of Inclement Weather, the bike tour or bike rental will be canceled and refunds issued. Mild weather issues will not impact a bike tour or bike rental.

Bike Tours: Three hours long; however please remember to be there 15 minutes before your scheduled bike tour and approximately 5-10 minutes after the tour. The bike tour covers a little more than eight miles of travel, we will peddle up a hill or two. We have many historical sites that we’ll be visiting, so we cover a lot of ground; however be prepared for an enjoyable ride!

Bike Rentals: Minimum bike rental is three hours.

 Columbus Bike Tours and Bike Rentals, LLC  are conducted on the central downtown streets of the city and assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims or damages, for any reason, including, but not limited to, personal injury or death, arising from these risks and you are expressly assuming all of the risks attendant to riding a bicycle while on the tour in  general, including but not limited to slipping or falling, being struck by a car while on  the tour and all other personal injuries and death that can result from such activities..  The Voluntary Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk Form must be completed and signed by each rider before taking a tour or renting a bike. If you refuse not to sign this waiver of liability, Columbus Bike Tours and Bike Rentals, LLC has the right to consider your reservation cancelled.

Columbus Bike Tours and Bike Rentals, LLC is not liable for expenses not specified as included in the tour or bike rental. Such as:  A.) refreshments, rain gear, or other items deemed unnecessary for a bike tour;  B.) expenses caused by a tour delay for any reason whatsoever.

Columbus Bike Tours and Bike Rentals, LLC  assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever in connection with the operations, safety, condition and services provided by any such third parties.  All such persons and entities are independent contractors.  As a result Columbus Bike Tours and Bike Rentals, LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act on any such person or entity, or any other third party.  No alcohol is allowed to be consumed while on the tour and we reserve the right to turn a guest away if inebriation is evident.

Refunds are issued to those upon the following conditions:

• Inclement Weather
• If an individual’s actions impede the safe operation of the tour, pose a threat to the welfare or enjoyment of any group member, or are unsuitable for group travel.  A refund based on the cost of any unused services already paid for by you is the limit of Columbus Bike Tours and Bike Rentals, LLC’s responsibility in such a case.

Bike Tours are $55/person.

Bike Rentals are $25/person for three hours and $10 for every additional hour.

Refunds are issued to those upon the following conditions:

• Inclement Weather
• If an individual’s actions impede the safe operation of the tour, pose a threat to the welfare or enjoyment of any group member, or are unsuitable for group travel.  A refund based on the cost of any unused services already paid for by you is the limit of Columbus Bike Tours and Bike Rentals, LLC’s responsibility in such a case.
